Support

KeeperOS is a small operation, which means there is no ticket queue and no chatbot. There is one inbox, and a person who keeps reptiles reads it.

Reaching us

Email support@keeperos.app. We aim to reply within two business days. If something is actively losing your data or blocking your animals' care, say so in the subject line and it goes to the front.

What to include in a bug report

The more of this you can give us, the faster it gets fixed: what you were trying to do, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, which animal or rack it involved, roughly when it happened, and what device and browser you were using. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.

Please send it from the email address on your account, or tell us which account it is. We cannot look up records from an address we do not recognize.

Write to us

Send deletion and data requests from the address on the account, so we can be sure it is you asking.

Before you write

Two things account for most of the reports we get. If a feeding looks overdue when it is not, check the interval set on that animal's feeding profile, since due dates are calculated from it. If dates land on the wrong day, check the timezone in Settings, which is detected from your browser and can be wrong if you travel or use a VPN.

Neither of those is your fault for hitting, and we still want to hear about it if the app made it confusing.

Questions about any of this? Write to support@keeperos.app. A person reads it.
